Optimal strategies for CSIDH

<p style='text-indent:20px;'>Since its proposal in Asiacrypt 2018, the commutative isogeny-based key exchange protocol (CSIDH) has spurred considerable attention to improving performance and re-evaluating classical quantum security guarantees. In this paper we discuss how optimal strategies employed by Supersingular Isogeny Diffie-Hellman (SIDH) agreement can be naturally extended CSIDH. Furthermore, report a software library that achieves moderate but noticeable speedups when compared against state-of-the-art implementations of CSIDH-512, which is most popular CSIDH instantiation. We also an estimated number field operations for larger instantiations protocol, namely, CSIDH-1024 CSIDH-1792.</p>
